"I connected with Klaudia when I was looking for insurance after a separation. Connecting with her is one of the BEST decisions. Over the past 5 years I've had a MAJOR AC leak in my attic that destroyed my living room and this summer an accidental house fire that destroyed much of the home I rent. StateFarm and Klaudia were extraordinary with providing assistance and having my personal property as well as the home I rent refurbished and replaced. I CAN NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES ENOUGH!!!"

"One Star Review is too good for you. I am absolutely astonished on how you treat people from this insurance agency, I filled my paperwork out online then get a cancel notice over not sending my wife's drivers license who is not on the policy.. jumped thought hoops just to get another notice in the mail. Today I called to get a copy of my insurance card so I could renew my tag well after 20 minuets of waiting on a ill figure it out and get back to you I called back to find out the office had closed. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT PEOPLE WHO BUY YOUR POLCIES! I will be looking for more email address up the chain from your corporate office this will not be the last email until this matter is resolved. Further more I ill be dropping you as an insurance company due to the horrible care I have received."
